MFSO, CodePINK, and other groups "visited" Rep. Henry Waxman's field office on 3rd near La Cienega to demand he support defunding this ill-begotten war.
What we don't see is the group inside which was willing to sit in and get arrested if necessary if Waxman or a deputy did not meet with them.

If this guy wasn't an Emergency Medical Technician he sure looked the part. It's cool that someone trained to save lives would help to try and save them in his off hours.
I would hope we can nudge Waxman over into the progressive camp, since he's one of the better Congress types.
