Feinstein asks "Which Arnold?"

by Linda Sutton Monday, Oct. 09, 2006 at 8:31 PM

Feinstein led off the rally today for Angelides. Surrounded by local Democratic candidates, Feinstein launched a withering attack that clearly defined Democrats as standing with the middle class that needs government to protect their interests.

Feinstein asks "...

Senator Dianne Feinstein kicked off the rally for Phil Angelides in West Los Angeles today with the pointed question:

"Which Arnold Schwarzenegger are the people of California voting for?"

Reminding voters that Arnold broke his word when he borrowed money to balance the budget, Feinstein said that Schwarzenegger can't be trusted since he had made a commitment to teachers, cities, firefighters and police, and then would NOT return the moneys as promised the next year.

"There's a difference between Democrats and Republicans. Most Republicans don't really want government, because most Republicans can take care of themselves. They can pay their own health care. They can pay for private schools. They can pay what they need to pay to get by.

For some, for many, for most, government is important. It's important if you're middle class to have good schools. It's important to have health care coverage. It's important to have freeways and highways and streets to be able to get to and from your workplace. That's what you count on government doing. It's important that government protects your social security and your retirement and your pension, because that's all you have. And these are the majority of people that we represent so clearly and loudly. And these are the people for whom Phil Angelides will speak as governor."

clean house - Green Party

Vote green

Don't be stupid.

Not Democrat nor Green Party, vote socialist

by Steven Argue Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006 at 11:41 AM

I don't vote Green because I don't vote for capitalist parties (failed or otherwise).

I'm giving critical support to the socialist candidates.

Looking at the both sides

Democrats = socialists and Republicans = communists

rep Rangel (a demo) has his draft bill pass. The left paradigm has been shattered, and not many are buying the two party system because there isn't a dimes worth of difference.

Many do not even know what a true conservative is or how to identify with it. Republicans are not by any stretch of the imagination "conservative".

Its another very sad day in Amerika
