If you call, you might want to say that you don't want (future tense) the repubs to support Gilchrist. They aren't supporting him at this convention, but he's pressuring them to.

Or you could go by and buy Jim's latest work of fiction.

from Minutewoman Patriotic Nightmare:

"I posted the written e-mail I received. But just to clarify. Jim is not a Repbulcian. We are there to actually make a statement opposing Arnold and his love of La Raza. So it is actually a protest. Jim, an Independent, will be signing books outside the convention and I will be passing out Art Olivier, Libertarian, brochures. So we are sending a message to the Republican party (I am a registered Rep., but so dismayed with them now.) This should be a fun rally!!"

Of course Gilchrist is not a Republican. He's in the political party started by George Wallace.

this is bound to turn into a spectacle...

He has been to SOS rallies. He has brought SOS to Leimert Park this pass spring. He spoke at the downtown sos rally. And now he is one of the speakers at the l.a. gop convention. This person is an opportunist.
