The White House Occupier(aka the Crawford Chickenhawk Chief, or the ex-Yalie Idiot-Savage)refuses to learn from his past, primarily because he doesn't want to be reminded of his major blunders in illegally invading Iraq.
As a result, POTUS 43 has condemned himself to be the prisoner of his own self-imposed roach motel of No Exit. As the old saying goes, those who don't learn history are condemned to repeat the past mistakes.
