Demanding an end to military recruiting on High School and College campuses, about 50 to 75 People demonstrated today at the entrance to the Los Angeles Military Recruiting Battalion in the Crenshaw district. The facility is located at 5051 Rodeo,
just east of La Brea.

It is rumored that the battalion operators knew of the planned protest in advance and had closed down for the day. No one was seen coming in or out and only a few cars were seen in the parking lot. This facility functions as a hub for the induction of recruits into the military for the Los Angeles area. More protests can be expected at this location in the future.
