Boy George claimed political capital (with a mere 2% margin even after the disputed 2004 election) & vowed to use it. But after his debacle of a 'speech' on his handling of Katrina, W should commit suicide.
Chief Chickenhawk claimed political capital after he squeaked by the 2004 election, even though he garnered less than 2% margin over another discredited candidate(J. Kerry).
This evening the White House Occupant gave a speech on his handling of disaster relief . Interestingly, W scored well below 50% on all 3 questions:
1. How do you rate the Bush speech?
Poor-38% Excellent-22% Fair-16% Good-14%
2. How confident are you with Bush?
Not at All-55% Very-37% Some-8%
3. How would you rate his handling of Katrina?
Poor-55% Good-21% Excellent-15% Fair-9%
As shown in the AOL poll numbers(over 244,000 online votes), the Bush is in deep kim chee. Plus, if he is to truly use his political capital, he should either resign in disgrace, or better yet, check himself into Guantanamo(for lying to the World to start the Iraq invasion & for ordering torture on POWs).
