Eyewitness report from the World Festival of Youth and Students

A.N.S.W.E.R. delegates attended the 16th World Festival of Youth and Students in Caracas, Venezuela this month. More than 20,000 young people and students from 144 countries attended. The delegation met with youth organizations, women’s groups, unions, and anti-war coalitions from Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Europe. In addition, they witnessed first-hand the monumental social gains being made by the people of Venezuela and their Bolivarian revolution, lead by President Hugo Chávez.
