Amusingly the good people over at National Vanguard have once again joined the good people at "Save Our State" / "Minutemen" / American Nazi Party (Southern Poverty Law Center articles, including photographs and interviews.) This time they're joining them in proclaiming victory for their embarrassing defeats in Southern California.

Strange how the SOSMM keeps trying to claim they're not racists, huh?

Take a look at what the racists say elsewhere in their own words. If anything, it shows that these "Save Our State" / "Minutemen" / "National Vanguard" scumbags have amusing fantasies. Much of what they try to convince themselves happened when the communities they tried to attack came out in overwhelming numbers to oppose never happened, and consistantly they "forget" to mention the fact that _real_ Americans are turning out in numbers to oppose everything these scumbags stand for.

Whether it's some white supremist demanding "50 patriots" were "attacked by a violent mob" of Mexicans, or whether it's claims of overwhelming support by "the public," white supremist garbags certainly seem to live rich fantasy lives tterly devoid of any ties to mundane reality.

I personally look at what these scumbags are going as recruiting efforts. Failed recruiting efforts because the vast majority of Americans don't support what these people stand for. It's extremely unlikely that they've acquired a single recruit as a consequences of their spewing racist hatred against Mexicans and brown-skinned Americans on street corners but I get the impression that -- with typical Republican IQs right around 80 -- they believe their recruitment efforts will eventually start paying off.

Flying American flags and carrying banners which read: "Deport illegal aliens," members of National Vanguard and various other like-minded individuals, met at the Santa Clarita Home Depot to warn our fellow Americans about Home Depot's very un-American practice of funding "day labor centers," which facilitate the hiring of illegal alien Mestizos.

Dozens, if not hundreds, of passing motorists honked and waved in approval to the group of twenty or so activists stationed at a busy cross-walk in front of the store.

Throughout the day, shoppers and passersby stopped and chatted with members of the group, some later returning to add their assistance to the demonstration.

The three hour event took place under a near cloudless sky in the early afternoon, and managed to attract a wide cross-section of the community.

One woman, wearing a Grateful Dead hat, carried on a lengthy discussion with one of our members, expressing her "fear of the future that faced her children." A hardy-looking fellow, driving a work truck assured us that he only hired "White workers." A family leaving with a new air conditioner agreed that "something needs to be done now." Several other shoppers went out of their way to circle the intersection where we had gathered to park so that they could retrieve our literature.

The positive comments directed our way are too numerous to mention here but they had a tremendous effect on all of us.

A number of those assembled were veterans of the two Baldwin Park protests, which have garnered so much positive attention from the greater White community in Southern California. They entertained us with some of their recollections of those two events. Thankfully, we didn't experience the lawlessness that characterized the opposition in both Baldwin Park protests.

In fact, with the exception of a few very loud and foul-mouthed Mestizos, the public response was overwhelmingly in our favor.

Later in the day, protest organizer, Justin Mitchell, provided The Daily, a local paper, with an interview to enhance and clarify our efforts.

Mr. Mitchell did a fantastic job bringing this event together and purchasing many of the high-quality signs, banners, and full-color Home Depot fliers out of his own pocket.

A right wing populist conspiracy theorist is someone who thinks this: the primary cause of the problems in this society are due to conspiracies of powerful people. They work together, secretly, to disempower the average person. Thus, by uncovering their misdeeds, and acting to replace those people with better people, society can be improved, and national pride restored.

This is in contrast to left wing populists, who tend to think the problems are due to the economic system that cause the rich to get richeer, and the poor to get poorer. The personalities involved are secondary to the institutions, and the roles people take in them. Conspiracies are a side effect, caused by the need to keep the people ignorant, but aren't the primary cause of the problems.

Here's the way I see it..

The "right wing" interpretation of 9-11 as a conspiracy would be to say that Bush did it, to push globalism and an invasion of the Middle East.

The left wing interpretation is that 9-11 happened, perhaps was allowed to happen, and there's been a conspiracy to prevent us from knowing the details, so that the current imperialists are able to use the event to their advantage.

They're similar attitudes, but have different goals.

Today, the distinctions are sometimes blurred because the President is so elite/elitist that he offends both sides.
