SoCal Pepper Spray Fascists lose!

The application of pepper spray using Qtips to peaceful protesters' eyes constitutes torture. Jury finds in favor of the victims!

The good guys win!

Only $1 each!

by $1! Tuesday, May. 03, 2005 at 4:50 PM

I'm gald they won the case. But $1.

They could have got 6 figures. And used that money help save the redwoods they are fighting for.

I don't get it.

a court of law, not a court of justice

This is what's called "law and injustice."

The attorneys argued and won the case, but, the scum on the bench, and the scum in the uniforms, made sure that justice was never done.

This is the same as when a rich guy gets to walk, when the poor guy gets the chair. When the rich junkie gets treatment, while the poor one, or the dealer, gets prison.

The $1 award is a naked expression of power, in violation of the spirit of the law, and the constitution, that says that we are all equal in the eyes of the law and government. It's as if the judge lifted his gown, squatted on the constitution, and took a nice, hot, smelly shit.

Then they hand it to you: here, how do you like your constitutional rights now?"

Is it any wonder why people still talk about "revolution"? We obviously didn't go far enough in 1776.
