Cynthia, I love you.
You are too beautiful for the weakness and filth around you. And although you may never meet me, pure love never requires a return. As you are my beloved sister. You shine with brilliant courage in a time of darkness, facing the evil with clear eyes. May the great spirit watch you in loving care.

Cynthia McKinney has to be the dumbest person ever elected to the US Congress, even dumber than Dennis Kucinich or Barney Frank. I hope she has a care giver to keep her from hurting herself through extreme sttupidity.

When I look at all the other flapping lips at the coporate feeding troth in Washington, I think that Boxer and McKinney are the only ones with any stones, Ironic.

Barbara Boxer is right up there with the dumbest of the dumb.

This is affirmative action in action. And it's awful and embarassing.
Absolute fucking dimwits like Boxer and McKinney are recognized not for their short-sighted, addle-brained, continual failures as politicians sworn to uphold the Constitiution. Instead, they are admired only because they're women and/or people of color. That's all that matters to these leftist fools who will end up in chains.
Dr. M.L. King must be whirling in his grave over this absolute perversion and total overthrow of his 'content of character" ideals versus skin color and vaginality.

B.A. is depressed because the greatest minds in Congress are no longer there - Sonny Bono, Dan Quayle, Bob Dornan, and Warren Harding. They all reflected his own thinking.

That's partly correct Meyer.
I am depressed because some of our greatest national leaders are no longer in elected office.
Newt Gingrich comes to mind.
George Herbert Walker Bush comes to mind.
And one of America's greatest national treasures, Ronald Reagan, has departed.
It's a real shame.

It's nice that you miss him Mazorg
It's too bad that you can't spell his name correctly.
One of the greatest Presidents of all time no doubt.

You left out some of your other favorites, BA - John Ashcroft, Calvin Coolidge, James Polk, Herbert Hoover, Richard Nixon, Spiro Agnew, Strom Thurmond, and John C. Calhoun. Not to mention some of their favorites like J. Edgar Hoover or Richard "Destabilize Them" Helms.

I don't know how you dream up this stuff Meyer.
I'm not an admirer of anyone on your list with the exception of John Ashcroft.
The rest of those were mediocre leaders at best, and terrible at worst.
I think Richard Nixon will be viewed by history as the second worst US President of all time.
The only worse President we've ever had was William Jefferson Clinton. I don't think he'll ever be knocked off the bottom rung of the Presidential ladder. He's likely to spend eternity looking up Richard Nixon's butt (just one rung above him).

Hey BA,
In light of that last post, if you had to pick a label for yourself, what would it be? I guess I thought you were mostly pro-Republican, and I remember you writing somewhere that you are not religious. It seems like you don't agree with the entire neocon agenda or with the religious right, and I get the impression that you really don't like taxes. Would you consider yourself kind of a libertarian who votes for Republicans?
Just curious and thanks, Rolph

Bush Admirer is a paper bag filled with the mindless promotional talking points of the Republican half of the Big Money Party.
We use him for a spitune.

I would describe myself as an independent thinker not aligned with any political party.
I like quite a bit of the Libertarian agenda but could not support them because I'm very strongly in favor of the War on Drugs and I'm against gun ownership by individuals.
I can't support the Democrats on most economic issues or defense issues. They also have aligned themselves with the special interest groups that I consider to be most odious (organized labor, Jesse Jackson and his bunch of racist shake-down artists, etc.). They also have a long history of taxing achievers and using the confiscated funds to buy votes from some of the worst special interest groups. Confiscating my money and using it to buy votes against my interests seems a bit unfair but that's the history of this party's leadership. Their leaders (example: Barbara Boxer, Barney Frank, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, etc.) generally make me ill when I hear them speak.
I can't support the Republicans when it comes to religion, abortion, and most other social issues. I strongly support the Republicans on most economic issues (privatization of Social Security, reigning in organized labor, free trade, lower taxes especially for those who pay taxes, reduced government social services (people should take care of themselves and not spend their lives on the government dole), and support for free and relatively unregulated markets. I'm very big on Capitalism because it's responsible for getting our civilization and standard of living to this point. I also support the Republicans on defense and environmental issues. Afghanistan and Iraq have been very good moves and conditions in both countries will continue to improve. Drilling in places like ANWR and offshore Santa Barbara is a no brainer. We need to reign in the enviromental nut cases.
I'm an admirer of President GW Bush because his is a man of vision who actually gets things done (as opposed to his do nothing blowhard predecessor). I like the fact that he doesn't misrepresent himself in international dealings (example: not sucking up to the terrorist Yasser Arafat as did Clinton).
Those are the basics Rolph.

Managed to let 3000 people get killed in one day. Then allowed the people who flubbed their jobs to get promoted. If you are being kind. But he, like you, is just another tool.
