The Bush regime is so fearful of embarassingly low Iraqi voter turnout in the January 30 sham election, that it has spent precious millions of dollars(millions that are sorely needed to simply repair the infrastructures destroyed by the Imperial Invaders since 2003), in order to set up overseas Iraqi voting booths in some 14 nations. Hoping to boost 'voter turnout', this cynical manipulation of Iraqi votes reveal how desperate the Bush neo-cons view the outcome.

Imagine, for example, that during the American Civil War, an alien power like Britain would set up overseas voter polling stations across overseas nations like Canada, Mexico, even France, in order to let a few Americans abroad to vote for USA candidates!
