Confirmation of Israeli Intelligence Agents Shadowing 9-11 Hijackers

"REPORT OF THE JOINT INQUIRY INTO THE TERRORIST ATTACKS OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 – BY THE HOUSE PERMANENT SELECT COMMITTEE ON INTELLIGENCE AND THE SENATE SELECT COMMITTEE ON INTELLIGENCE"?

Bob Graham gives us a clue when he said: "Given the seriousness of that situation, some of what was withheld from this report bordered on the absurd. For examples of the absurdity, some of the information censored from these pages actually appears in other parts of the report."

Let's see what Israel's involvement was: search the document on the keyword "Israel." There are exactly 18 occurrences of the words "Israel," "Israeli," and "Israelis." Almost all are innocuous historical references to Israel being a target of terror in the Arab world. The one brief mention of an Israeli being threatened by a PLO member in San Diego, though a few of the pages after this mention are mostly classified. Thus, there is NO significant mention of Israeli intelligence operations in the entirety of the declassified report.

Keep searching on that keyword: you bump right into the additional comments section titled: "ADDITIONAL COMMENTS JOINT INQUIRY STAFF REPORT U.S. SENATOR MIKE DEWINE DECEMBER 18, 2002." It discusses changing the way the CIA and other U.S. intelligence operations operate. Here's the excerpt from page 13:

"This new agency should endeavor to learn from both the successes and failures of Israeli HUMINT efforts. Their aggressive tactics and inventive use of non-official covers may serve as a useful guide for this new agency. The Israelis have had notable successes in penetrating terrorist organizations and we should learn from their efforts. The new agency may also want to consider some level of partnership with the Israeli HUMINT services, in light of the amount of overlap in the terrorism and proliferation threats to both our national interests."

This passage is especially revealing of the CLASSIFIED portions of the full joint inquiry's report: there are NO declassified portions of the document discussing Israeli intelligence operations. Let's add this to what we do know: Israeli "art students" operating within the U.S., the warnings to Odigo employees on the morning of 9-11, the Israeli spies operating from a moving company in New Jersey outside the NYC, and the deported Israeli spies as reported by Fox News' Carl Cameron. We can conclude that at least SOME of the 28 classified pages discuss the Israeli intelligence operations (our "allies") that shadowed the 9-11 hijackers in the U.S. for months. Though Bob Graham hints at Saudi Arabia being the main culprit, our "friend" Israel was covertly monitoring the al Qaeda operations, possibly assisting them.

Given Israel's deep cover involvement, this begs the question: "Did Israel warn the United States of the impending 9-11 attacks?" If not, our "ally" is partially culpable for the thousands of deaths that took place on that day. If so, the Bush administration is criminally negligent in having ignored the threat and having exploited the tragedy for political purposes.
