That quake was awfully close to the Diablo Canyon nuclear (or "new-kew-ler" as W. would say) power plant. Built (originally BACKWARDS) on a fault (because of the cheap land) - I wonder now if this dose of reality will compel them to close those damn Diablo reactors down. Probably not... the state has become too addicted to that dangerous technological monstrosity.
