1.) The capture of Hussein doesn't mean shit, other than vindicating the legitimacy of Iraqi
resistance as not being in any way related to the dictator other than the Baathists who only
make up less that 30% of the resistance. For bush, Saddam is a token, a bit to early, to
flash around for a re-election bid. In spite of the media's tendency to bend over on something
like this, it won't wash for long.
2.) and 3.) Still using unconfirmed information from Iraqi informants in custody who will say
whatever the U.S. wants them too, apart from the military's own fabrications, like "teenagers assaulting
soldiers with concrete blocks." The latest blather from some Iraqi pseudo-intelligence or
whatever operative supposedly alludes to the same Abu-N "connection" in Northeastern
Iraq and repeats the 45 min. claim which has been discredited from Buckingham to Washington.
Its sad how now that the curtain has dropped, the pentagon and bush resort to desperation to
cover their shit. With the media at their disposal, they can pull whatever illusions they like, but
the rest of the world and much of the U.S. citzenry are not fooled.
4.) Other than those ABC interviews back in the late 1990s and the rumours of Bin Laden being
on kidney dialysis in 1998, that's about the closest the U.S. has gotten. What, are they going to
wheelchair him out of that convalescent home in Kennybunkport, KY?
Its that simple:
If saddam goes to trial, bush and his cabal should get busted too...and they will..
