American Freak Show

8 questions while the sappy hysterical euphoria dazzle all their mind

American Freak Show...
bullet.jpgnxk95x.jpg, image/jpeg, 500x142

When Saddam was captured he did not wear an regular uniform but he had two AK 47 Kalashnikov so he was not captured

as a regular soldier but by american prescribed terminology as a terrorist. By U.S. propaganda Saddam was

accountable for all 'terror attacks' in the last eight months against U.S. tantalizer and their vassals. To be

suspected as terrorist is the explanatory statement of U.S. criminals for all iniquitous arrested people on

Guantánamo

1. Why Hussein is treated as a prisoner of war by conditions of Geneva Convention in consideration of these

expressed facts?

2. Why 10.000 Iraqis are arrested as lawless criminals and terrorist suspects and not as a prisoner of war by

conditions of Geneva Convention?

3. Why 600 prisoners are arrested on Guantánamo as lawless criminals and terror suspects and not as prisoner of war

by conditions of Geneva Convention?

4. Why Jack Straw can claim two days after capture Saddam that he will not say anything about Weapons of Mass

Destruction?

5. Since when the U.S. tantalizer does not use torture to squeeze a confession? Several resistance fighters died

after brutal interrogations by U.S. and UK troops

6. Is it possible that the conviction of Straw is traced back to the fact that WMD's does not exist?

7. Is it possible that this is not the real Saddam, a marketing gag, so he can't know anything about WMD's?

8. Is it possible that this shown double-dealer are simply criminal assholes?

Fuck off moron

Well, Spanky, I’ll be your Huckleberry…

1. Saddam Hussein is to be treated as a POW because he was the titular head of the Iraqi Armed Forces. Kindly refer to Article 4 of Part 1 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War.

2. Guerrillas and Terrorists are outside of the provisions of the Geneva Convention. Furthermore, failure to wear uniforms makes these people ineligible for Convention protections.

3. The prisoners in Guantanamo are terror suspects taken under arms. They are not members of any armed force nor a militia organization. Nor do they carry insignia denoting military organization nor do they wear uniforms. They are therefore not entitled to the protections of the Convention.

4. Jack Straw can say what he likes. The UK is a free country. So is the USA. So is Iraq. Soon so will Syria and Iran be. So cheer up.

5. First I’ve heard of that. You seem to have better contacts in Iraq than all the world’s news media, since no one has made such accusations before. Kindly provide proof of the accusation that Coalition troops killed detained Iraqis. I’ll wait.

6. I assure you that WMD do exist. I further assure you that the Ba’athist regime utilized them. But whether or not we ever get to the bottom of the WMD argument, President Bush never said that WMD was the reason for invasion. It was to PREVENT the acquisition and deployment of WMD and a host of other reasons (including soon the liberation of Iran) which drove the invasion.

7. If you insist on speedballing, do it away from a keyboard. DNA tests have already confirmed the identity of Mr. Hussein.

8. English isn’t your first language, is it Spanky? Look, just because you are wrong about much and ignorant of everything else doesn’t mean you should use profanity to smear your betters.

Here son, read Article 4. It’ll enlighten you. And God knows you need enlightening.

Article 4

A. Prisoners of war, in the sense of the present Convention, are persons belonging to one of the following categories, who have fallen into the power of the enemy:

1. Members of the armed forces of a Party to the conflict as well as members of militias or volunteer corps forming part of such armed forces.

2. Members of other militias and members of other volunteer corps, including those of organized resistance movements, belonging to a Party to the conflict and operating in or outside their own territory, even if this territory is occupied, provided that such militias or volunteer corps, including such organized resistance movements, fulfill the following conditions:

(a) That of being commanded by a person responsible for his subordinates;

(b) That of having a fixed distinctive sign recognizable at a distance;

(c) That of carrying arms openly;

(d) That of conducting their operations in accordance with the laws and customs of war.

3. Members of regular armed forces who profess allegiance to a government or an authority not recognized by the Detaining Power.

4. Persons who accompany the armed forces without actually being members thereof, such as civilian members of military aircraft crews, war correspondents, supply contractors, members of labour units or of services responsible for the welfare of the armed forces, provided that they have received authorization from the armed forces which they accompany, who shall provide them for that purpose with an identity card similar to the annexed model.

5. Members of crews, including masters, pilots and apprentices, of the merchant marine and the crews of civil aircraft of the Parties to the conflict, who do not benefit by more favourable treatment under any other provisions of international law.

6. Inhabitants of a non-occupied territory, who on the approach of the enemy spontaneously take up arms to resist the invading forces, without having had time to form themselves into regular armed units, provided they carry arms openly and respect the laws and customs of war.

Ta ta Junior.

An idea

by fresca4437 Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003 at 7:18 AM

How about this. How about we just kill him. Well, torture him first for info and then kill him. Fuck the Geneva convention. Fair is fair. If we're going to slaughter these "resistance fighters" i.e, islamic monsters than we should slaughter him as well.

But first...before all the torture and such we should give him a couple hundred bucks, that green and yellow taxi he had and a pistol and let him loose. Then we can burn through another thousand or so of those "resistance fighters" while we catch up to him again. Then we'll torture and kill him and maybe kill arafat as well (I know that seems unrelated but what the hell..it's not like it's a real person).

See? Everybody's happy.

One question

by Sergio Leone Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003 at 11:25 AM

Since when does america cares about the Geneva convention? isnt why they opened the prison of Guantanamo outside of the territory of the US?

I think its fair to let the Iraqis judge saddam themselves, but in which conditions will this occure? are both Geroge Bush really looking forward for what saddam will have to say to the world?

Saddam should be tried and killed on pay-per-view live from beautiful, exciting Las Vegas!

Or, howabout dropping him from a plane at midnight on New Years Day right over the WTC hole?

Hey, Saddam Appeasers!!

by . Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003 at 10:01 PM

I see you morons are in a deep funk over Saddam's capture. Saddam's unkempt appearance and the fact he was described as "very disoriented" must have given most of you the feeling he was, in many ways, one of your own.
