I can only laugh.
It truly is amazing how this capture of Saddam has absolutely FUCKED UP the far-left, anti-Bush crowd.
When I heard the news yesterday, I figured there'd be a few ruffled feathers but I never would have thought that the level of sheer anger and panic would be so high.
These asses are actually bummed out that we got this piece of shit. He wasn't even out of his hole before they were all cying (in whiny innefectual voices) "Yeah, but, uh ...what about Osama?!?!" and "But there's that picture of him and Rummy" and "Yeah but we MADE him...".
The fact is simple. The left would MUCH rather him be free or better yet in power. Their hatred of Bush is so overwhelming that they would GLADLY, IN A SECOND allow Saddam to go free, American troops to die, Islamic savages to continue to attck eveywhere in the civilized world or have our economy completely tank (turns out that's not gonna happen..sorry) than admit Bush or American policy was correct about anything.
It's really amazing. Especially the utter asses who immediately start in with the whole conspiracy theory angle. "It's a double!"..."They paid him"..."They tortured info from Iraqi's to get him (probably true..hopefully)".
All manner of nonsense.
This event has really shown the true colors of the far left. That the capture of one of the world's most vile and savage despots (and that's saying alot about a guy from the middle east where ALL they have, short of Israel, are despotic shitholes) could be met with so much disappointment and frustration is incredible.
Thankfully, those who hold this view, are completely irrelevent except for laughs.
So I'll continue to support this war that I'm not fighting, just as I support a baseball team I don't play for.
The war is absolutely and clearly neccessary. This is just another victory along the way.
Just think how great it will be to pull a few Syrian, Iranian or "palestinian" leaders from their holes.

I'm utterly amazed at the leftist tizzy spawned by recent events and the capture of Hussein. The tension these coward communists must feel is so thick in the air you can almost cut it with a knife. I've honestly never seen them in such an uproar. My five year old child has never pitched such a boisterous tantrum.
But really, who cares? There's no reason for us to get our feather wrinkled over the despair of insignificant scoundrels. I mean, viewing those pictures of Saddam being probed and checked for lice, and witnessing his despair brought about by months of being forced to live like the cockroach that he is, one may almost begin to feel sorry for him. That is, until you come to your senses and realize it is the Butcher of Baghdad being poked.
I certainly don't feel an ounce of sympathy for our indymedia leftists either. These are the Butcher's faithful disciples and congregation.
Let the bitches wail!

I am so tired of everyone sitting around whining back and forth at each other, calling people names, accusing each other of this and that.
If you don't like how things are going then do something about it other that complaining about 'the other guy'
Why don't you write about some of the good thats happening in the world instead of just being divisive.
This is not meant to be a shot at you (the author) personally, it is a shot at all these so-called 'conservative/liberal/left/right/anarchist/traditionalist' complainers who do nothing to fix the situation and just sit on their computer and complain.

This thread is about fresca pointing out that the leftist bitches are moaning the capture of Saddam, and I agreed with him.
Not to mention that your whole comment is whining about how you're tired of people whining.
Typical leftist bullshit. If you don't like it, then don't read it. If you hate America, move.

Okay. The Orioles signed MVP Miquel Tejada and are close to signing Vladimir Guerrero.
How's that for positive?

baseball season is over. You should be writing about how the Carolina Panthers clinched a playoff spot yesterday.
Now there's something to cheer about!

I am not a leftists I am a human, that being the only label I accept.
You can call it whining, maybe I was, which is in fact very funny. I was hoping it would be considered a bit more forceful than whining, if it wasn't oh well, but I am not going to be upset becasue your only response was to attempt to put me down.
Well got to go, glad I was able to make someone think about something, even if they missed my entire point. I'm off to contribute to society, community garden first them battered womens hotline.
As for the ball team trading/acquiring a player, I don't think that really contributes very much to making society better but if it makes you smile instead of scowl then I guess it has some merit. Just try to keep the smile going, pass it along.

Baseball is supposed to be America's pastime sport. But the biggest news we have to get excited over right now:
"The Orioles signed MVP Miquel Tejada and are close to signing Vladimir Guerrero."
is that two hispanic immigrants are coming to guide the Orioles through another losing season.

As a died in the wool O's fan, I can tell you that they don't need much guidance in that department.
However, give it a year or two.

...the only thing the capture of Saddam proves is that the US military can catch a old man festering in a stink hole...

Yeah, but..... nobody asked you.
Haven't you ever noticed that no one on this site ever asks your opinion? Ever wonder why?
That's right. Because it's not worth consideration.
You're a liberal. Liberals are losers. Therefore, you are a loser. I hope that was simple enough for your pea-sized mind(lessness) to understand.
Jeez, you slap this dumbass time after time after time and he keeps coming back saying "Thank you , sir, may I have another." Nice to have my own little monkey-boy. Monkey-boy KPC.
Now get to work and entertain me, monkey-boy, or I'll despose of you in the way I see as proper.

You're absolutely correct. I had not seen that one because I don't read sf-imc anymore. The nazi censorship over there is just too thick. Any comments that deviate from nessie's fantastic agenda immediately get deleted.

Um, ok, you missed the point.
For the record it's DENNIS Kucinich nor Gary. If you are going to debate issues at least get peoples names right.
Clinton economic hole, hmm, we went from the largest surplus in history to the largest deficit in history.
Isreal building a wall, oh yeah, building walls, that's the way to solve problems, isolate yourself. Good example for future generations.
The rest of your points don't merit a response because they are not examples of people doing things that are good for the world/society/community.
Try again once you've educated yourself about some of the selfless acts that are happening out there and stop perseverating on political propoganda, it's a waste of time.
Stop typing and do something meaningful for a change, try volunteering at your local battered womens shelter or become a Big brother/sister. Go to your local VA hospital and hang out with some veterans during the holidays, they need your support, especially the ones who had their lungs disintegrated by agent orange and other U.S weapons of mass destruction so you could be 'free'.
Regime change starts at home, go get'em tiger.

Fresca, Bush Admirer and the rest of the cheetos crowd are right after all. I now believe the following:
Bush is very intelligent. Bush is for freedom, democracy, and the welfare of the common people everywhere. The Donna Reed Show is an accurate portrayal of life in Southern California. Everyone should watch it. The Noah's Ark story and all other Bible fables are literally true. The US has the right to invade other nations at will. Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11. The Northern Alliance warlords are bringing democracy to Afghanistan and doing their best to stop the heroin trade. Israel wants only peace but has been constantly attacked since 1948 by crazed Arab fanatics. Even though there seem to be no wmds, the US must have attacked Iraq out of outrage over the execution of Marxists and Shiite Muslims. The US had no idea that the Shah was murdering thousands in Iran and viewed him as a reformer. The US really wanted to topple Saddam Hussein because he was a bloody dictator but embraced the dictatorship in Indonesia for thirty years because no one in the State Department knew what the real story there was. The Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, which it had always claimed as part of Iraq, was a terrible crime against humanity but the Iraqi invasion of Iran, totally unprovoked and many times as bloody, was ok and deserved to be supported by US taxpayers. The US is going to allow the Iraqis to elect a govenment of their choice, even if it is bitterly anti-Zionist and wants to nationalize the companies that Bush privatized.

Doesn't matter whether you call him Gary or Dennis -- he's pretty much forgotten at this juncture.
He has no hope to ever be elected to any office again. He's revealed his inadequacies, and they are major.
