Speaking of Tribunals...

by Carolina Monday, Dec. 15, 2003 at 9:02 PM

As the U. S. occupation force in Iraq will have a military tribunal for Sadam, the Coalition on Political Assassinations [COPA] is circulating a petition to institute a special grand jury on the JFK assassination, and Sirhan Sirhan's Los Angeles attorney is seeking a new trial for RFK's alleged killer.

Subject: JFK Grand Jury Petition

Friends,

The Coalition on Political Assassinations endorses this [below] Grand Jury petition as yet another step towards learning the truth about the assassination of President Kennedy, since it would allow discovery, forensic tests, and new witness testimony, armed with the expertise of 40 years of detailed research into the case. Many leads have not gone cold and a determined prosecutor could follow them relating to both the crime and the coverup. Researcher Bill Kelly initiated this project and has spoken about it at several COPA regional meetings with good response.

Motivated prosecutors got convictions in the murder of Medgar Evers and the bombing of a church in Birmingham, Alabama some 30 years after the civil rights struggle that created them. The major cases of political assassination should not be exempt, and we have recently seen a definitive civil trial, as well as a near-exoneration of James Earl Ray in the murder of Dr. Martin Luther King in appelate court.

Currrently, an attorney in Los Angeles[ Lawrence Teeter, see LA Indy Media center column] is bringing an appeal on behalf of Sirhan Sirhan, to prove his legal innocence in the murder of Roberrt F. Kennedy. COPA hopes you will sign the petition and forward it to others you know. We need thousands of signatures to bring pressure on local DA's to intiiate the Grand Jury.

Thanks,

John Judge

Organizer of COPA

Uh, how does Sirhan Sirhan hope to prove his innocence when he was apprehended red-handed immediately after murdering RFK?

Tin hat on a little too tight son?

very interesting

After listening to the talk given on these links

are an interesting overview.

Massive amouts of broken evidence chains, substitution and evidence distruction. RFK was shot from behind at point blank range while Sirhan was in a wildly shooting program in front of RFK. Much better than the JFK hit, although there were some problems... but hey, practice improves the process.

So, a murderer's attorney talks to a SATIRE paper?

THIS is your evidence?

A little time line for you:

19 Mar 1944 Sirhan Sirhan born, Jerusalem.

1965 Employed as a stable boy at Santa Anita Racetrack.

1968 Becomes a Rosicrucian.

31 Jan 1968 Diary entry: "RFK must die."

16 May 1968 Diary entry: "My determination to eliminate RFK is becoming more of an unshakable obsession."

1 Jun 1968 Purchases two boxes, .22 hollow point ammunition.

4 Jun 1968 Waits in the kitchen for RFK, then fires a gun repeatedly at the candidate. Among those that wrestle Sirhan to the ground are Rosy Grier, Rafer Johnson, and George Plimpton.

17 Apr 1969 A jury finds Sirhan Sirhan guilty of the assassination of RFK.

10 May 1982 Sirhan Sirhan tells a parole board: "If Robert Kennedy were alive today, he would not countenance singling me out for this kind of treatment."

Finally, moonbat, before you slink off, never to be heard from again, why did Sirhan Sirhan bring a gun to a rally for RFK?

OK, boy, I'll just say this

Your tired government lie is so much chaff.

For the new reader; this dirtbag liar, SS can only plaster on more shit.

The actions of Sirhan were programed to provide a patsy.

Smells like the CIA in colution with a very corrupt LAPD.

Listen to the previous links and decide for yourself.

Well as long as we're on a roll with the conspiracy theory, I guess that the NFL (represented by Rosey Greer) the US Olympic Committe (represented by Rafer Johnson), and certain elite New York publishing houses (George Plimpton) must also have been in on the hit.

Wow what great leak control they have. No one has come forward in 30 plus years.

Oh, and why would the NFL want RFK dead?

Hey, where'd you go?

I thought that Sirhan Sirhan's fate was so important to you!

Don't you believe that an an innocent man is still being held as a political prisoner after 40 years?

Or are you off on the protest du jour?

Ah, the tireless commitment of the Leftist.

Check please!
