And isn't it such a coincidence that this occurred at the same juncture as:
- revelations of the Haliburton scandal (which is still a red-herring for
- ambivalence about what Saddam will reveal in an open war tribunal
(as if it mattered to that other old man who is shitting his pants out of senility).
Now Rumsfield can get back his wife's tupperware that he left behind back in the
early 80s when he gave his homie Saddam those chemical weapons.
" presumed capture of Saddam Hussein."
Can't quite accept that one of your heroes has fallen yet, can you?
That's fine...it'll take some time.
I do agree that we should start to pack up in Iraq and let the mop up boys of the UN take over.
Freeing up our guys for Syria and Iran.
Not much does, does it?
Progressives (who, ironically, want to progress the US to 1958 Soviet Union) don't care much anymore about anything other than holding George W. Bush, and America, responsible for all the evils in the world, past and present.
That's why they're so desperately scrambling to spin Saddam's capture as something meaningless.
In reality, it means a great deal.
It means we will find out definitively what happened to his WMD.
It means we will find out definitively how many Iraqis he killed.
It means, definitively, another four years of the Bush Presidency.
Spin that, Prog Boy.
Some fellow named "nonanarchist" posted the following on the capture of Saddam:
>> It means we will find out definitively what happened to his WMD. <<
The U.S. already knows about Saddam's possession of wmd's. They have the sales receipts.
"They have the sales receipts."
Ha ha!
Did you think of that all by your widdle wonesome?
Sad day indeed for the America-hating, dictator-loving Left.
Got a black armband on?
As the man said, "Not much does." Absolutely goddamn right. Progressives. my ass. Fucking commie nostalgists.
