I got the above information on the Jesse Jackson solidarity at the big solidarity rally this afternoon at the Pavillions at Melrose and Vine in Hollywood. It was great there were strikers from all over joined by union members from the Hotel Workerts, Teamsters, SEIU, UNITE, SAG, AFTRA, Laborers, and many more by the score. Old young, African American, white, Latino, Asian American, old young, everyone. Political leadedrs escpecially L.A. City Council members pledged to picket stores in their districts this weekend. Everyone knows these UFCW workers are fighting for all of us. Join the picket lines, get your local political, religious and community leaders to join on the picket lines. Call the L.A.
