It was recently reported that the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is allocating $24 million for research of Brain Computer Interface, What was not reported in the controlled press is that for decades these technologies have been used as a political weapon to 'neutralize' effective liberal activists, even civil servants of Los Angeles County have been used as non-consenting targets by contractors (including the University of Calfornia and USC).
A simple explanation of the technology: a tiny receiver is placed in the area of the temporal lobe of the brain. A carrier wave tuned to that receiver then carries another wave to the brain area, this wave is bioactive. This wave 'entrains' the targets brain to synchronize to the artifical wave, producing the effect.
One such example is termed 'electrosleep'. Other such examples can be found for other producible effects, e.g. currently on death row in Nashville sits Paul Dennis Reid.He claims it was not him that went on a rampage killing 5. But that mind control techniques had been used on him for decades, that he was controlled to become homosexual and more.
Reid asked to be put to death, to put him out of the torture he is experiencing by these technologies. He may be insane, he may be lying. Bu for decades he has claimed this was being done to him. And he is not the only one to make such claims.

They now refuse to release any information on their ivestigation of this subject. The FBI was asked to investigate, they REFUSE to respond to the request. Hummm????
