“They are giving tax cuts to the rich and robbing the poor” lets put this age old debate regarding tax cuts into the simplest terms. The financial security of everyday people is essential to raising our children, grandchildren, providing good education, reducing crime. The wisest financial strategies need to be put in place above bipartisan politics or the passion of so many of us vigilantly opposed to class systems. A review of human nature and the cycles of people’s lives need to be taken into consideration when waging this big debate on economical models such as Bush’s tax cuts. The answer may be a little surprising though...

How long do people who win the lottery keep the money? Statistics show it is typically five years and then the million dollar winners are back to being broke again (in many cases with less money than what they had to begin with). Moral of the story… people have aptitudes to excel in different areas, some at athletics, math, art, dance, handling finances etc. People also have low aptitudes in various areas including, athletics, and math, art, dance and handling finances. This is not only determined by aptitude but the cycle of a human life. A college student is most likely to be interested in the next toga party than investing for their financial future, but ten years later the same student may have a very successful financial strategy in place as their life circumstances change. This is real life and human nature. Where am I going with this? Read on…
Does the person with the most experience and success at handling the family budget manage your family finances, or do you give it to the person with the least experience, perhaps a teenager in the hope that you’re financial situation will flourish with healthy growth? What we need to do is cut out the wasteful entitlement programs like agribusiness oil depletion allowances and defense corporations, cut government bureaucracy like the CIA and FBI by 2/3rds, and give the poor folks who pay the taxes their money back.

Poor folks pay sales taxes and that's Twisted. They're pulling the wagon. The rich folks are riding the wagon. They ripped off the middle class by excessive taxation.

Americans continue to display their ignorance and arrogance. The American government supported Saddam's tyranny back during the 1980s when it deemed his tyrannical and bloody anti-Irani stance useful. In its support of Saddam, the US effectively held the Iraqi people hostage to its own fear of communism. Now, the Americans expect the rest of the world to believe that they were compelled to rid Iraq of Saddam by their overwhelming compassion for the Iraqi people. What nonsense. Until the US apologizes to the Iraqi people for their role in propping up Saddam Hussein, as well as for providing him with WMD and WMD production technology in the first place, the world community should distance themselves from any and all involvement in Iraq in order to send a message to the US that its hypocrisy will not be tolerated. On the other hand, if the world helps out now, then the sooner the war will end and the sooner we will not have to hear the Americans ramble on mindlessly about how the US strives to expand freedom and hypocrisy *cough* I mean democracy throughout the world.

"The American government supported Saddam's tyranny back during the 1980s when it deemed his tyrannical and bloody anti-Irani stance useful."
And the US allied itself with the USSR in the 40s to defeat Germany. That's how things work in the real world. Are you suggesting that we shouldn't have worked with future foes to defeat the Nazis or check Iran? Or are you suggesting that we should have continued to be friendly with Stalin and Saddam's regimes forever?
