Ah-nold plans legalization and taxation of child prostitution
"We must learn to be practical." Ah-nold feels that taxing the fast growing child sex industry in California would bring in billions of tax dollars yearly from the Roman Catholic Clergy alone. It would solve almost all of California's fiscal problems over night, while expanding the tax base to include a more stable profession than Information Technology that imploded in 2000. People will always have sex with children. Why not tax it?
Child Prostitution would also help children learn valuable life skills to fall back on after their jobs are relocated to India & China. In the meantime, Ah-nold's "Children's Job Program" would keep them [the children] off the streets and out of trouble. "You're never too young to work," Ar-nold remarked as he added "Sex is a victimless crime, and hookers make me feel good."
