Rob "Ruckus" Middaugh was recently released from Avenal State Prison, after serving two years for trumped up charges stemming from his involvement in the 2001 Long Beach May Day demonstration. After being released from Avenal, Federal Marshals came for him and he is now being charged with assaulting a government official. Aparently getting splashed with soda constitutes federal assault. Ruckus needs a lawyer to help fight these bogus charges.

He is currently on house arrest, but can be reached at cabin_fevered@yahoo.com.
