executed by two foreign contractors at the tune of

we bargained with only one foreign contractor, a

Bulgarian firm which now executed the contract at the

cost of(US$72.6MILLION)Thus leaving the remaining

(US$21.4MILLION) to our (members of the CRP)benefits unknown to the contractor and any other person in my Ministry.This contract has been satisfactorily executed and inspected as the Bulgarian firm is presently securing his payment from my ministry.

It is however to this effect that I seek your maximum

assistance and approval to present your company name along side with the Bulgarian contractor as the second foreign contractor to enable me transfer the

difference(US$21.4MILLION)into your account for

further investment depending on your advice.

On actualization of the transaction, the funds will be shared thus:

1. 30% of the money go to you for acting as the beneficiary of the funds.

2. 10% for reimbursement to both parties for

incidental expenses that may be incurred in the course of the transaction for insurance,phonebills,documentation etc.



3.60%to me.

All logistics are in place and all modalities

workedout for the smooth actualization of the

transaction within fourteenworking days of

commencement after receiving the following information by fax:

Good thing you realized it was a CIA plot. Very clear and perceptive -- and not at all the thoughts of a delusional paranoid.

For the record, this is a standard scam attempt by Nigerian conmen. They've been doing this for at least a decade. In case you didn't notice, they are trying to get you to give them some personal banking account info -- so they can empty it for you.

I know others with political websites that receive these very frequently. What I'd like to determine is whether some receive them more frequently than others. It would be useful to compare the contact information too.

Ignore the fascists that call you paranoid. In some areas of life, accute awareness is healthy. Specificially, it is healthy when there is plenty of evidence that you are being targeted.

Most covert operations include a pathway for denial. It would be a clever move for an intelligence agency to disguise an operation as a common hoax. Think about how an intelligence agency would seek cover for such an operation. They would look at the world around them and modify some existing pathway of interaction into one that fits their needs. A common con, such as the one you received, could be modified by merely changing the contact information and then using that to entrap you.

I was at a bank a few months ago when a customer came in and asked the manager about the scam. He really wanted to see if he could cash in. What I found interesting is that after the bank manager told him it was a scam, the bank manager was still willing to go through with it, provided the customer had been sufficiently warned. If I were the bank manager, I would refuse to assist a customer with it.

The bank manager must have been CIA. This is obviously a CIA plot to fund the 9/11 coverup (assassinations of eyewitnesses, etc)

America sees them in the same category with those who claim the Holocaust didn't happen.
