I support the mission of IndyMedia and I believe that the intentions of those working with IndyMedia are good, but I think they are naive. The situation with the fascists posting on IndyMedia could be handled by removing their posts. It seems that many of our idealists fail to prevent their idealism from being used as a tool against their fellow idealists. In a sense, this is an example of class treason.

Considering how prolific and consistent some of them are, it is obvious they are more interested in satisfying their puerile urges than bringing up real debate.

There is a simple solution to this: deprive them of their much needed attention.

Understand that replying to, making reference to, commenting their postings is giving them the importance they are deseperately seeking.

Refrain from being insulting yourself, this would be lowering yourself to their level and playing their game.

Challenge their patience.

I advocate shooting no one, except those who have been found guilty of capital crimes...seems it'd be less traumatic for the guilty than the other methods.

I understand your thinking that all the people who disagree with you must be the same person...to have that much opposition must be very frightening for you.

I oppose the death penalty for even the worst crimes becaue i think I could envisage a worse punishment that would still have a decent change of throwing a useful citizen or possibly a person at least "incapable" of commiting a crime out the other end. Besides people sit on death row for decades.
