We will have a demonstration and protest march at PCC 1570 E. Colorado Blvd. Thursday March 27th at Noon. We will meet in the Sculpture Garden and march dressed in black through the C-building in which we were beaten and pepper-sprayed last thursday by campus police during our peaceful walk-out and protest angainst this unjust war.
We wll rally in the center quad and pass out information about last week's brutality and our demands and then march along colorado blvd.
We met with the PCC elected board of trustees last night and told them our demands and our story. It went well, a couple of the trustees were clearly upset and plan to do something about the issue.
Please join us to show your support and to let the police and the world know that the voice for peace will not be silenced by police violence.
The National Lawyers' Guild will be present to observe so that we may feel safe.
Please wear black whether you are able to attend or not wherever you are in solidarity with the students at PCC in our struggle against the war and against police brutality.
Thank you,
Students for Social Justice & M.E.Ch.A. of P.C.C. United Against Police Brutality and War
I support you and hope to attend the gathering. Please share your demands here so that I can include them in letters to the administration and trustees.
