This is the sickest, most horrible news I've seen today! The dolphins are used to help detect floating mines in the port of Umm Qasar, FOX news reports.

This is the sickest, most horrible news I've seen today!

The dolphins are used to help detect floating mines in the port of Umm Qasar, FOX news reports.

"An inbuilt sonar allows the dolphins to detect mines on the sea bed while their agility means they can avoid floating explosives, US Navy spokesman said"

-Pretty reassuring, NOT! Over the past few days I've learned not to trust anything that 'US Navy, Army, Whatever' spokesmen say. This is the cruelest form of animal abuse and should not go unpunished. Seeing the Us Navy use one of the most intelligent mammals on earth in this way left me speechless. While the animals that have been rigorously trained by humans really have no way of voicing their opinions about this war, at least the US marines knew what they signed up for.

This news are sure strong provoke reactions from environmental rights groups throughout the world, and make whatever sympathy the world had for the USA disappear.

In my personal opinion, there's not much one can say except 'disgusting'! Any human being who does not feel compassion for these poor animals is not in the clear state of mind!
