Does anybody know how to contact these two women in this picture? I was arrested at the anti-war rally at the oscars, on La Brea and Sunset, and they may be potential witnesses. I am being charged with obstructing a police officer. Any information would be helpful.

it is very evident that there are a LOT of arrestees out there who need support. maybe more importantly, they need to organize themselves and PUBLICIZE their cases. the IMC and other networks can help with this stuff, but their will have to be some mass public gatherings at which peopple can organize.

i know that tomorrow night at Solidarity Hall there will be a meeting at i think 7:30pm for all arrestees and people injured by police as well as supporters.

people who know more about organizing efforts please post info here.

hopefully LA-IMC can do a center column piece on the legal counterattack against police repression of dissent.

if the meetings are ongoing, KPFK may get involved as well. FAVORABLE PUBLICITY IS KEY.
