Parrots are creatures who do not possess, or for whatever reason are unable to express any opinion of their own. These are creatures who have very limited amount of information about real world issues at their disposal and display very little intelligence. Instead, they rely on every bit of information the media serves them so they can repeat it in endless loops. When trying to participate in discussions with creatures of higer intelligence they almost always try to present their 'repeating skills' as a valid argument, which often causes severe headaches in more advanced creatures. They are not inherently evil creatures, they are just very confused.
