Questions, Questions

by C/O Diogenes Sunday, Mar. 23, 2003 at 2:20 AM

Why do we say that Saddam tortures people when the U.S. has now condoned torture of even the children of suspected terrorists?   Why does the Bush administration say they are liberating the Iraqi people, when even on the streets of Baghdad a person can buy guns, ammo...drive without a license, etc?

Questions...Questions...

Why are we at war with Iraq?

Why do we say that Saddam tortures people when the U.S. has now condoned torture of even the children of suspected terrorists?

Why does the Bush administration say they are liberating the Iraqi people, when even on the streets of Baghdad a person can buy guns, ammo...drive without a license, etc?

And if Bush is the liberator of the Iraqi people, how come they don't let the people come up with their own "rebuilding" plan?

And if Bush is the liberator of the Iraqi people, how come he's already divvied up the oil rights to others and not included the Iraqi people?

Why is almost every talk show and news outlet pro-war and death?

Why are the president's ratings so high, when clearly, he is the worst president in the history of the United States-if you go by the standards of freedom, prosperity, tranquility, etc? Seems to me we are a nation divided, enslaved, brainwashed, impoverished, and certainly not free.

Why are we faced with Code Red being martial law?

Why does the public like giving up its rights?

If the threat is so huge, then why are the borders kept wide open for anyone to wander in?

Why does the White House leak false terror threats in the press?

Since they have been caught doing this, why doesn't anyone criticize the White House for it?

Why is the U.S. training foreign troops for martial law on our own soil?

Why did Bush and his staff take Cipro on the 10th of September, 2001?

Why did the Fema director state that his people were in place in NYC on the 10th of September, when the attacks did not occur until the 11th?

Why is the public not outraged that there is no evidence of a jetliner hitting the Pentagon?

Why haven't there been any burials of the passengers from the plane that hit the Pentagon, if a plane did hit it?

Why did Rumsfeld tell the press that a missile hit the pentagon and not a plane?

Why is the press ignoring all the obvious evidence about 911?

Why did Bush say that he saw the first plane hit the building? What network did he see that on?

Why was San Francisco mayor Willie Brown told not to fly east on Sept. 11?

Why was the WTC and even building 7 (which was not hit) pre-rigged to implode, and thus, all three buildings pancaked down perfectly-a demolition expert's dream come true?

Why does the Bush family vacation with the Bin Laden family?-and why are they co-investors in the Carlyle Group, which builds prisons around the world and military bases in the Middle East?

Why does the U.S. government protect, fund and train terrorist groups?

Why did the government of the United States produce the Northwoods document-which verifies the use of terror to justify war?

Why are people in America so arrogant about being so stupid?

Why do people believe the president and others around him to be a Christian, when he clearly took an oath and was initiated into Skull and Bones.why does he attend Bohemian Club events, when they are clearly Satanic worship? Why has he never stated what he was born again into? For example, why doesn't he say he's born again in Christ? Truly, that is what you must say if you are a Christian.

Why does the 501c3 church and all the corporate media back mass death?

Are Freemasons Christians?

Why are church leaders Freemasons?

The Bible says, You shall know them by their fruits.well, what do you call those who propagate death and destruction around the world? Christians?

Why does the public believe that removing Saddam by force and death is a good thing? There are plenty of really, really bad dictators, some with nukes pointed at us.

Why is God going to destroy America?

Why does the American public want to kill Iraqi civilians?

What did the Iraqis do to America?

Why do people believe that Al-Qaeda and Saddam Hussein are connected?

Why do people think it's the "Christian" thing to do to use a blitzkrieg style assault on Baghdad civilians?

Why do people believe that there are no civilian casualties?

And if there are civilian casualties, why does the public blame all casualties on Saddam Hussein?

Why does Colin Powell detest people calling this a war for oil?

Why does the public enjoy attacking Iraq when this action clearly guarantees massive terror attacks on that very same U.S. public, involving potentially milliions to tens of millions of deaths and casualties?

Is Mr. Bush a sane man?

Is the American public sane?

Does anyone really think...

...that they are getting the truth from the Mainstream Presstitutes?

911 - What Really Happened?

good questions...

by Dan Sunday, Mar. 23, 2003 at 2:45 AM

These are all good questions.

But what you establish is only that politics carries on as usual, as it always has.

The bigger question is: how is it that you are allowed ask these questions and yet this changes nothing?

We are all taught to believe that questions and criticism will solve things.... and yet.... ?

Asking the right questions...

by Diogenes Sunday, Mar. 23, 2003 at 3:13 AM

...is only the start. It helps you to locate your bearings. No, questions alone won't do it. It takes "doingness".

However, you first need to find the correct target to take action against. To determine the correct target you ask questions, gather data, analyze the data, and hopefully by using logic you can isolate the source of the problem.

You then take action to correct the problem. This can be simple as in just changing your own behavior, or it can be complex such as changing an entire culture.

Whatever you do don't think small, think BIG. There are no rewards for being timid.

a little US history...

Here's a list of the countries that the U.S. has bombed since the end of World War II, compiled by historian and former State Department official William Blum:

China 1945-46

Korea 1950-53

China 1950-53

Guatemala 1954

Indonesia 1958

Cuba 1959-60

Guatemala 1960

Congo 1964

Peru 1965

Laos 1964-73

Vietnam 1961-73

Cambodia 1969-70

Guatemala 1967-69

Grenada 1983

Libya 1986

El Salvador 1980s

Nicaragua 1980s

Panama 1989

Iraq 1991-2003

Sudan 1998

Afghanistan 1998, 2002

Yugoslavia 1999

The United States government has never created a Democracy in any nation it invaded under the claim of bringing about democratic change. Is it very unlikely that this war will bring Freedom and Democracy to IRAQ. It will however bring about bloodshed, death, disease, fear, hate and terrorism. Go USA!...keep making us proud with your so-called 'democracy'.

THANK YOU

You point is well made. I keep wondering: "Who made us Big Brother?"
