Some reasons why countries support the US.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/2862343.stm BBC explains it. Bush plays on the ignorance of the American people. The American people are historically dumb and believe anything they see on TV. When they hear President Bush say there are 30 countries that support America, they take it at face value. They don't bother to question why or how they support America. The image of Britain and Spain are the only images they know of support for an American war. So they automatically assume all the other countries support the US in the same manner. The BBC explains some of the reasons why countries would support the US and how some of these countries support the US.

Is having a conversation with himself.
I guess he's lonely. All the 'progressives' are trying to figure out how to spin it when the Iraqis start dancing and waving American flags.

I'm glad I'm not in Bahgdad right now. Just watching the bombing on CNN put me in shock and awe.

Just think of dead children with shrapnel sticking out of their bodies marked "Made in the USA".
Makes you kind of swell with pride don't it?
Kind of like a bloating corpse.

We really do need to work on our weaponry. I mean, if you read what the whiners here write, all our weapons seem to find is children and pregnant women. Must be something in the software. Damn Microsoft.
Of course, maybe it's something with the whiners. I wonder if they're still up in arms over the 'thousands' killed in the 'massacre' at Jenin.

Like all those poor people in USA prisons.. I mean they are suffering! and we know that a few of them are innocent.. really it would just be moraly safer if we let them all out. Oh and then really there is no need for a poliece force anymore. or traffic laws for that matter. as long as its jsut people killing people and not the USA fault.

...back to back Straw Men. The two of you don't have a valid rebuttal in totality. The best you can do is to try and divert from the point.
As you both well know the bombing is indiscriminate. As residential neighborhoods in Baghdad and elsewhere are turned into rubble the greatest casualties always visit the weakest - Women and Children. Of course what this is doing is creating the backbone of a bitter and protracted Guerilla War. For the Iraqi Men who survive only to learn their families have been killed by U.S. Ordnance will become bitter Berserkers. Their is no man more dangerous than one from whom you have taken their reason for living. You will have removed their fear of dying and turned them into men who only want to die while taking as many Americans with them as they can.

From whiners comes whining.
Were you saying something? I couldn't hear you over the sound of another massive bomb blowing the living crap out of another 'baby milk factory'. Funny how many baby milk factories the Iraqis have. I'm originally from Wisconsin, and I can't tell you where one baby milk factory is. These guys have them in downtown Baghdad.

...to the Baghdad Bomb shelter that was hit by a Burrowing Incendiary Bomb in the last Gulf Massacre?
The Fire was so hot it literally melted the flesh of the 400 old men, women and children who had taken shelter there.

...will cloak it's Satanic actions in language of good.
In your words Simon I can hear the voice of an SS Officer encouraging his men to work faster.
Their is no action so evil that it will not have it's defenders. However despicable they may be.

Nah, not our good buddy Diogenes. He was just telling me the other day about how it wasn't Saddam's fault that all those Kurds got doused with nerve agents that time. He claims that the Iranians did it.
Or maybe he was claiming that Saddam did do it, but that it was because the Kurds were helping the Iranians. I'm not sure.
I think he might have been claiming that the American government didn't really believe that Saddam was responsible at first. Hell I don't know which way his insanity went.
I do know that I didn't hear him say a bad word about either Saddam OR the Iranians though. Doubt he's gone out and protested against either.

Is this the best you can do? Bring up irrelevant Straw Men to divert the point from the EVIL you support?

I wonder if you'll feel at all chagrined when this is all over? I wonder if all the ignorant yapping worms of Hollywood will feel just a little shame when the torture chambers and the mass graves are exposed.
I doubt it. Being a Leftist means you never say you're sorry.

TO ALL WAR MONGERERS/PATRIOTS (FUCKING DUMB AMERICANS WHO THINK WAVING A FLAG = BEING PATRIOTIC. THEY'RE ONLY PATRIOTIC BECAUSE ITS FASHIONABLE TO DO SO)
When will the US government apologize to the the Irani, and Iraqi victims killed by chemical and biological weapons that it supplied to Saddam?

You say that people wave flags simply because it's fashionable. That may be true, but I think the herd mentality afflicts the anti- more than it does the pro-war crowd. Let's be fair. How many students join their friends protesting just to be cool? Just look to any of the college campuses. You may personally be an informed dissenter, but you cannot deny that the majority of your contemporaries are no smarter than the supposedly fashionable flag-wavers you cite. Among you, many of even those who do bear a semblance of intelligence are agitating primarily for causes unrelated to war, such as Bush's impeachment, universal health care and the overthrow of capitalism.
