Raelian women
To humbly disrobe publicly
At US peace rallies in DC and LA
On March 8th
FEMININITY TO SAVE HUMANITY
Hundreds of years ago, The African Women of the Baoule Tribe danced nude in their villages to stop the war between local tribes…On March 8th,the Raelian
women, inspired by their African Sisters, invite all Women around the world to join in disrobing ceremonies to stop the war between world tribes.
On Saturday March 8th, The Raelian Women convey the thousands of women who are expected to attend the peace walks in Washington DC and Los Angeles to join them in a solemn disrobing ceremony “to the bare extent of the law” to the words of a universal prayer at 1PM local time in both cities, in front
of the White House in DC and in front of the Westwood Federal Building 11000 Wilshire Blvd in LA.
This Ceremony which is to impact both the spectator’s and the participant’s consciousness, as a group of human beings undress down to their most humble
state, reconnecting with the essence of Life will mark the symbolic birth of new world consciousness: Femininity (found in both men and women) will save
humanity! A historical conference presenting this concept and its enormous consequences will be held in DC on Sunday March 9th at 3PM at the Crowne
Plaza Washington National Airport Monticello Room 1489 Jefferson David HWY, Arlington VA and in Los Angeles on Sat. March 8th at 4PM Ocean Library 2601
Main St. Santa Monica

This is a great idea. However I cannot dance. My grandad when he get's drunk can do a wicked moonwalk but sadly he his dead.
Another problem is dancing naked in public. What if it get's cold, my cock will vanish and I would be humiliated.
I can't wait for this, I used to look at those national geographic pictures when i was 13. I'm all for women disrobing!
You have to give the '60s generation some credit: "Make love, not war" may have been a false dichotomy, but at least the first half of the message is appealing. Today's "antiwar" movement seems also to be antisex, as evidenced by an outfit called the Lysistrata Project, whose Web site explains that the group advocates "withdrawing our consent to business as usual" so as to show opposition to the liberation of Iraq.

So what the heck is "Lysistrata"? As the BBC explains, it's a Greek comedy: "In the play, penned by Aristophanes in 415BC, a group of Greek women, fed up with their warmongering husbands, go on a sex strike in a bid to end the endless conflicts. Eventually the menfolk cave in and agree to a truce."

Now, as the Beeb explains, "women opposed to the war with Iraq have been urged to withhold sexual favours from their partners if the menfolk are pro-war." A hilarious response, much of which is too raunchy for a family newspaper's Web site, comes from a blogress who calls herself Asparagirl; here's a tamer part:
What would their rallying cries be? Frigid For Feckless Foreign Policy? . . . What galls me is that these women are claiming not only sex, but femininity itself as a uniformly passive, gentle, loving, pacifist attribute. What rubbish. I shouldn't support waging war on a mass-killing dictator because as a woman, my place is to elevate discourse and consensus and eschew "manly," messy action? They're even implying that if I am not a peaceful, good-mannered, right-thinking woman like them, a woman for peace, then perhaps I am not really a woman at all? And these are the women who are telling me this?

Besides, haven't the Lysistratarians heard of sauce for the gander? Henceforth, guys, let's vow to withhold sexual favors from pro-Saddam women. There are plenty of gals on our side, really beautiful gals I might add.
I couldn't find any photos on the Lysistrata Project Web site, so I have to judge those ladies by their minds. "The Lysistrata Project holds that economic justice benefits all life on Earth, that placing people over profit, woman's full worth over controlled reproductive function, partnership over dominance, brings peace, and that these outcomes call for a heroic alliance," the site declares. For sheer soul-numbing tedium, it's hard to imagine anything worse than a date with someone who talks like this:
"Uh, yeah, that's very interesting. Well, I'm afraid I'm going to have to call it a night; I have an early morning tomorrow. I'll call you."
What? Pro-war women not doing it? Calamity!!!
More than once I've withheld my favors to get what I want
and she HATES it. Oh well.
