KEEP READING FOR THIS WEEK'S GUEST/SUBJECT INFO.

The commercial MEAT FACTORY is a series of weekly politics/obscure music radio shows. It is our intention to bring our community awareness about human, earth and animal liberation as well as fill your mind with enticing and obscure, yet sometimes absurd music.

The main show has been moved from Fridays and now exists from 6-7pm PST on Thursdays on WPMD 1700 AM and worldwide on the web at www.cerritos.edu/wpmd. WPMD 1700 AM is available to over half a million residents of Cerritos, Artesia, Bellflower, Paramount, Downey, La Mirada, Norwalk,Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood and parts of Long Beach & Whittier, California.

Thursday, February 13, 2003, We'll be talking to Norberto and Norma Martinez who's son was brutally shot 34 times by Downey Police on February 15, 2001. Gonzalo was unarmed and shot by officers with a well documented history of corruption and racism. To top all this off the corrupt PR firm Hill & Knowlton who was involved in the huge scandal during the 1st Gulf War as well as many other abuse cover-ups has been hired to the tune of $100,000.00 to cover up the lies.

On Saturday the Martinez family and supporters will march in Downey on the Anniversary of their son's death. People are gathering at 2pm this February 15, 2003 on the corner of Woodruff and Firestone in Downey before marching to a rally in front of the Downey City Hall.

We need callers this Thursday to call in with their support for the Martinez Family. If you have anything to say, condolences, etc. please call. We are doing this so that we may rebroadcast this show repeatedly until it is no longer necessary. Call 562-860-2451 extension 2628. The line may be busy. If so please keep trying. JUSTICE FOR GONZALO!
