Lynne Stewart, courageous New York civil rights attorney who is currently being prosecuted by Ashcroft because she represents unpopular persons, will be speaking between 5:30 and 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2002, at the National Lawyers' Guild Conference at the Pasadena Hilton.

Located on northeast corner of Los Robles and Cordova. From LA, take the Pasadena Fwy north into Pasadena. The Freeway becomes Arroyo Pkwy. Take Arroyo Pkwy to Cordova and turn right. You will see the Hilton on left-hand side of street at Los Robles. Public parking is in the hotel on Cordova immediately after crossing Los Robles (you turn left into driveway of parking structure).

The prosecution of Lynne Stewart undermines the most basic principles of a fair trial. Find out why. Stop the persecution of this courageous people's lawyer!
