Case Number: BC273043 - EVA GEORGIA ET AL VS ONE IN LONG BEACH INC ET AL was filed on April 29, 2002. Ms. Georgia is one of three planitiffs suing the non-profit community center in Long Beach for wrongful termination.
A cross complaint has been filed by the center, as well, and both sides are demanding a jury trial.
