are there any protests coming up to protest the LAPD?

id like to know whats going on with organizing. what can people do to help?

i'm surpriced od all of you ignorant people...... dont u know the difference between on city and the other...? or the difference between Los Angeles County and The city of Los Angeles? ( Los Angeles City). The LAPD does not have Juristiction in the City Of Inglewood.

I'm quite sure you had a cogent message under that garbled English.......or did you? Your comment, while perhaps factual, was close to unintelligible.

Please enroll in Grammar Class and don't forget to buy a dictionary the next time you step out to buy some pork rinds.

What does that "pork rind" comment imply?

Is it meant to insult the pork rind eaters -- chicanos, blacks, and southerners? Or meat eaters in general? Or poor people? Or George Bush? Does it mean nothing at all?

What brilliant commentary, what well-researched and incisive, socially relevant opinions are posted to these fora!   Why, the writers' brilliant (sic) insights are almost beyond critique!  Almost.  There are one or two minor points raised by those commentaries  that do require examination. 

The majority of the clowns who post here are so sure of their sources that they rattle-on about the LAPD when the event du jour, the focus of their anencephalic rants, involves the IPD.  Oh well, their error isn't all that serious.  After all, there are only three little letters that differentiate LAPD from IPD.  That's close enough for high school dropouts, isn't it?

Of course, there is the "highly-educated" opinion of the self-professed English "teacher" to be considered.  Grammar is all important and facts are irrelevant to this purveyor of puerile pabulum.  Ad hominem is this "teacher's" preferred method of intellectual criticism.  Never mind the facts, just attack the writer's skills.  Thank you O enlightened pedagogue for proving again the old adage, "Them as can, do; them as can't, teach."
