Editor Birgitta Jonsdottir from Iceland and twenty contributors will read from two extraordinary anthologies, THE WORLD HEALING BOOK and THE BOOK OF HOPE, that hopes to bring healing and understanding to New York City.

The contributors include Gigi Zoppello from Italy, Kate Levette from England, Vidya Krishna from India, and many others.

There are also poems from the Dalai Lama, Sufi Master Muhammad Suhri, and Lawrence Ferlinghetti.

All the proceeds from the sales of THE WORLD HEALING BOOK and THE BOOK OF HOPE will go to UNICEF with the focus to help Afghan children.
