Prosecutors in Norway have issued an international

arrest warrant for a former Israeli intelligence

agent, suspected of involvement in the mistaken

killing of a Moroccan man nearly twenty-five years

ago.

A spokesman said the retired agent, Michael Harari,

was wanted for questioning about the shooting, in the
