Last week, a videotape emerged that has challenged the version of events provided by the Hesperia Unified School District and area law enforcement agencies involving the controversial pepper spraying of over 20 African-American students at Sultana High School.
The videotape of the Oct. 23 incident, which was taken by a student, has raised eyebrows, because of what it shows, and just as importantly, what it does not.
Does the Hesperia Police Department contract with the San Bernardino Sherrif's Dept.?
Yes they do, they signed a $4.8 million contract in 1988, after the city was incorporated. Spokesperson Chip Patterson confirmed this and said that San Berdoo sheriffs offers the services that the citys request, similar to Riverside Sheriffs.
Hesperia School District hires its own cops as well and uses them as school safety officers. Mosley and Colvin are two of those individuals.
Thanks Mary for that confirmation. This is the same dept. that harbors two known TERRORISTS!- Paul Bugar, which participated in the TERRORIST ATTACK of December 28, 1999 resulting in the death of Tyisha Miller, and another deputy suspected in participating in another TERRORIST ATTACK last March resulting in the death of Gennine Stover in Highland. The San Bernardino County Sheriffs Dept. is suspected of harboring terrorists and participating in terrorist attacks, Oct. 23, 2001 being the most recent documented incident. The War on Terrorism isn't in Afghanistan, its right here in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, California!
I heard on the grapevine that Paul Bugar changed his story about the Miller shooting while being deposed for his law suit against her parents. Seems now, he's saying Michael Alagna fired the first shot and not him.
