Youth from many schools in the LA area came together to march from Olympic and Broadway to Pershing Sq. to protest the unjust war the US is waging on the oppressed people of Afganastan. The rally was spirited with many different progressive and revolutionary groups speaking bitterness to the US war moves and domestic repression.
In a cowardly move the police grabbed a young revolutionary woman who was leaving the demonstation and proceeded to bully and arrest her. They bogusly charged her with vandalism - and held her on 5,000 bail. Crowds of people rightously faced the police and demanded that they let her go - and then on the spot started to fundraise. It was great to see the unity that was formed from the people - to help the sister out.
While mass murderers who rule the country can "legally" drop bombs on innocent people from miles in the sky - protesting such acts is considered "illegal." Clearly some laws needed to be reversed!
Or to paraphase Mao Tse Tung - The emperor can burn down a thousand villages while the masses can't light a single candle!
Global oppressors can't deliver justice! This world does not need another unjust war!
Please stay tuned to find out how you can help....
Why do you parrot that Revolutionary Worker's party crap?
Perhaps you are a member of that Maoist Shining Path/Pol Pot-loving band of nuts?

P.S. Have Bob Avakian lose the beret. Bald is beautiful, baby!
Pat, do not look at those beside you or left behind when the problem is right infront of you. The problem is saving lives and stoping this racist war.
