update on Anti-terrorist bill

Pulled from today's NY Times. The bill, in a form highly criticized by many civil liberties organizations passed the house and appears to sail throught the senate to the president's desk. In its present form, it does have a 4 year sunset clause.

Things I don't like about the bill

Watching and monitoring people's activities that are listed are cool and everything, but immigrants should keep the their due process. Taking away this law from a specific violates the constitution. Being a Africa-American, and a United States citizen, I'm not an immigrant, but I think everyone has the right to due process.
