All day today, the Emergency Broadcast System has been doing it's test in Orange County. The test mumbles something about San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant.

All day today, the Emergency Broadcast System has been doing it's test in Orange County.

You know the one, loud tone to get your attention, followed by announcer "If this were a real emergency...."

But, rather than the announcer saying that, he mumbles something about San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant situation and the affected surrounding areas.

It is clearly 'unusual'.

Could there have been an incident at the plant? I aint driving down there to find out; Yet, I don't see any mushroom clouds.

I'm hoping it is just the emergency broadcast system malfunctioning, and that the voice was recorded long ago and is being spat out by the EBS computer in error.

Any other SoCalians seeing this????
