Isn't it a little strange that a high level official is supposedly involved in what is essentially cannon fodder work. if the Mossad, or for that matter any other state sponsored body were intending to bomb any target they would in all probability achieve their aim without much chance of failure given the resources to hand and professional training. I don't see two Israelis lurking suspiciously if they are about to do something atrocious.
