Is www.indymedia.org experiencing DOS attack?

This morning I saw an article questioning the authenticity of mass media reports

from the US especially, and now all of a sudden I am not able to access any of

the indymedia websites that might have that article posted!

Can anyone else confirm this DOS (denial of service) attack?

I have not seen the article in question as yet, HOWEVER

I have not seen the article in question as yet, HOWEVER, I can confirm that San Francisc, Seattle, Portland and Rocky Mountain IMC'S are NOT ACCESSIBLE as of 12:00 PDT. There may be more down. Whether or not any of them were carring this article is unknown to me-maybe someone alse can confirm this. Sorry about the double-post-hit the wrong key.

The main site is accessible once again. There is a worm out there that's caused considerable disruption, and it's quite likely that this is what's affected the IMC sites mentioned.

Sometimes, an excess of traffic can do the same thing as a Denial of Service attack.
