"Modus Operandi of Lawlessness"

Having witnessed total blockage of access to two postings of my "Weekly Update.." Ids=54586 & 55083; I realized that access to critical information such as that contained in the following articles has probably been similarly blocked.

"Modus Operandi of Lawlessness - Updated" (english) Thursday 22
Feb 2001
author: Robert Meade "Bobby" "Israel" Deaf Messenger (notavailable )

This article describes how through the repression of knowledge about
chemicals and their inherent dangers, Americans have become the
targets and/or the victims of those who collectively reject the proven
knowledge of yesteryear. This is one of the most creative areas of
creative nonviolence in that society has been brainwashed into
accepting that things have never been common knowledge and common sense in the past.

I've been asked where is the proof of "100,000s missing and presumed murdered, or of
murders in general. The system is set up so you can't prove it. You can't contest their word
that it's not happening; but you can expose what they are doing. In relating this information
on what is more or less a chemical onslaught to you, I will draw on previous probably
suppressed publications of mine, as well as my current thoughts on these issues. "As I
reveal them in my writings, the lifestyle and survival tactics that I use are now part of the
chemical warfare survival guidelines of the armed forces"(7/28/98). "The grave below gets
all astir when sulphur is intentionally ejected or injected into the atmosphere, and this was
proven when the armed forces maintained a continuous moderate concentration of
elemental sulphur for 20-30 years in Jesup, Georgia (Army Proving Ground!?). Whether the
streets of Jesup are still lined with the nursing homes that fourished in the sulphur, I don't
know; but there is still a lot of people who say that sulphur is good for you. Sulphur is a tiny
light element that doesn't settle out; get your head straight in sulphur-laden air only by
filtering air through a clean moist cloth. The drunken state that prevails in sulphur-laden air
promotes the stupidity that enables the (lawless ones) to decimate whole populations while
they take refuge in a lie. (People are encouraged to) ignore the hair loss, the continuous
headached, the incessant cough, the mental incapacitation, and many other
sulphur-induced maladies"(8/16/98). Red-hued sunsets are probably usually a sign of
sulphur in the atmosphere. Remember the "Red Badge of Courage", which was set in the
sulphur-laden air of the Civil War's gunpowder smoke? Since 1990 I have also been
subjected to an incredible amount of acid, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc. I say that if
you can taste the air, it will probably kill you in the long run. I have found that the best way to
deal with bitter air is to lean a square felt furnace filter up against a box fan and tack two
pieces of sheet, moistened in baking soda and water to the filter, so that the fan draws the
air through the sheet and then the filter. Keep it wet for optimum performance. Once you are
sickened by these chemicals, you lose your sense of smell, then you can't detect more,
which may severely sicken you, even to the point of death. "The predominant trend of this
"rampage" is to throw chemicals at targets, when they speak out, say they have delusions
and lock them up, throw more chemicals at them, when they start coughing, put them on a
respirator and asphyxiate them with phosgene or a similar substance"("And the Beat Goes
On" 11/1/00). "The reported trend of asphyxiating people on respirators is probably an old
trick, perfected on the gassed soldiers of WWI. Were these soldiers euthanized to stop
their incessant coughing from phosgene poisoning by being given more phosgene via
respirator?.....Although the cough produced by phosgene is an "incurable wound", these
soldiers should have lived a long time; plus a cough is no reason to put a person on a
respirator"("Green Bible Blues" 11/12/00 (This article will make you laugh in spite of this).
Phosgene is more or less hydrochloric acid, and it smells like chlorine and has many
industrial uses (polyurethane produces it when drying). It is very deceptive in that it
painlessly causes the lungs to fill with fluid as the acid permanently damages them.
Phosgene is a deceptive name also in that it is derived from the fact that it is produced in
sunlight. I also suspect that arsine, a gas with arsenic in it, is a little publicized chemcal
warfare gas. A friend with an extensive knowledge of chemistry told me that he didn't know
it was a gas; but he did tell me that the antidote was suicide. The gas smells like garlic, and
I suspect that it is made by burning arsenic in a gas flame. I further suspect that the garlic
smell is at the odor threshold of the gas, and higher concentrations might produce a smell
more like fish. I don't fully understand the immunological responses to these chemicals; but I
am quite sure that if you have consumed or are in the presence of a substance that causes
your glands to hurt, you should avoid further exposure like the plague.

In regard to water, "I came home to find my spring extruding a thick greasy claylike mixture
of calcium; (the lawless ones) had apparently convinced the locals use a suction pump
to pump several hundred pounds of calcium; i.e. hydrated lime or something like that, into
Bob's water is not the same calcium that comes from cows milk; thus the town's
residents find themselves pissing a lot as the body's equilibrium is disrupted....., for the
triflers had poisoned the whole town's water supply"(1/22/98; happened @ 7/97). I suspect
that similar scenarios have happened throughout this country and that eventually the urge to
urinate subsides when drinking such water, then the body retains water and begins to swell
up; and a host of medical problems are caused by the chemical imbalances that probably
occur like a chain reaction. There is very little data on the toxicity of such elements in
drinking water, and a lot of books say that there is no toxic level. Let them try a tablespoon
of any element in a glass of water. Water treatment plants usually do not test for elements or
chemicals nor remove them. I suspect that the only way to remove an excess of imbibed
chemicals from the body is to drink only good and/or distilled water. Test the water by
rubbing your tongue against the back of your teeth and the roof of your mouth. Good water
has no taste. Try it and you'll find that a lot of bottled water has taste to it. Thus you can see
that there are a lot of ways that the lawless ones can go about putting you in the hospital
and/or the grave. So a lot of what I have just mentioned to you is repressed knowledge, like
as I mentioned in "Justice New York Style" 2;54 PM 2/16/01 NYC, that of producing cyanic
gas from blueprint paper and acid. Is this part of the dumbing down of America? I have
done some investigating regarding the Tokyo subway disaster of 1995, and I have found
little on Sarin in the list of toxic substances. The reports on the accident never made
statements regarding the confirmation of what was in the alleged containers. There were
reports of a smell, but nothing about what the smell was like, and the data on Sarin does not
say what it smells like. There were reports of blood coming from the mouth but I found no
symptoms of Sarin that would produce blood at the mouth. I did find symptoms of arsine
poisoning include hemolysis and pulmonary edema, which may cause blood at the mouth .
Other than that the symptoms appear to be similar to Sarin. Maybe someone produced the
gas by burning arsenic in the tunnel and it came in through the ventilation system. Go check
it out. Respectfully yours, Robert Meade "Bobby" "Israel" Deaf Messenger.

"Chemical Modus Operandi Continued" (english) Monday 18 Jun
author: Robert Meade "Bobby" "Israel" Deaf Messenger (notavailable )

When an article that I published late last summer was suppressed, I
didn't realize that this was probably an attempt to cover up a much
bigger concealed matter, the contamination and poisoning of the entire
town by petroleum by-products in the groundwater.

My Daddy said that my addressing in a positive manner the controversial project to use
lake water to cool and heat buildings did not fit in with the designs of the lawless ones
because they preferred to foster controversy and cover up a much bigger threat to the entire
town. In "The Watchman's Prophecy Fulfilled?" 8/28/00 I wrote: "Since August 14th I have
been trying to get the (university) to publicize my revealing the first positive outlook on their
controversial ..Lake Source Cooling Project. When I was swimming in the lake on August
13th, I noticed that the leaves of the weeds were luminescent in a way similar to that of the
leaves on Norm's... sacred river oaks in May 1998 when the leaves were fatally damaged
by sulphuric acid (see "Love Festivals of Hooterville" Id=29190). My revelation of this
luminescence of dying green leaves may be a hallmark of plant science, for it is probably a
sign that the plants have lost their ability to process infrared and other light that is usually
absorbed. I concluded that the lake's weeds were dying from a lack of nutrients; thus if Lake
Source Cooling is removing more nutrients than are being drained into the lake, the lake
should be pristine in no time. I also say that the leaves should be harvested immediately
since they will not grow back; plus they will probably clog the LSC inlet if allowed to
disintegrate. Nearby waterways to the lake should also be dredged to prevent clogging of
this inlet. Alas! Maybe the university would prefer to proceed like incompetent stumblebums
rather than acknowledge the words of a deaf ..graduate." (Is. 1:29; Hosea 4:13; 2 Tim. 4:3;
Prov. 13:13; 15:10; Is. 44:18).

Apparently the lawless ones didn't want anyone to know that anything positive could come
of LSC, for they had a sinister scheme afoot that is probably related to the practice of
"intentionally depreciating properties so that they can buy them for a "song", which I
described in "Messiahs in the Making" Id=43985. Recently there was a plus or minus $30
million dollar bridge built over the creek here at the foot of the hill; and this site was
excavated to a depth of 20 feet or more. I suspect that this resulted in a notice being
published a short time ago that New York State Electric and Gas was going to clean up the
site of a former coal-gas plant in the town. Since there was a drought in the spring, I suspect
that this brought more than the usual contaminated water into the upper groundwater
beneath the town, resulting in the bridgebuilders compelling NYSEG to address the source
of this contamination. Apparently this has been a problem for approximately 80 years, and
the people have suffered from the fumes of this contaminated water whenever a drought
brings it closer to the surface then it is forced into the basements and sewers by
subsequent rains. Thus rather than address the matter of cleaning it up immediately, it
seems like real estate would prefer for property values plummet more before they made
any attempt to clean it up.

Evidence of this contamination is not hard to detect, but the lawless ones prefer to use their
"Modus Operandi of Lawlessness.." Id=24988 to target anyone who knows anything about
chemicals by engaging in the Nicolaitan practices of befouling the environment with less
traceable chemicals and targetting anyone who mentions them. When I used to row on the
inlets here twenty years ago, I would notice that this contaminated water would collect in a
stagnant canal on the west side of town. This canal had been cut off from a supply of fresh
water by an inlet dug by the Army Corps of Engineers. This canal also has a boatyard on it
that was probably intentionally located there, and they have probably always said that the
boatyard was the source of contamination. When I swam in the only outdoor pool downtown
twice last weekend, I could detect that the water used for the showers and the pool was
probably from what may be the only well in this town, for it was obviously contaminated; plus
the rubber strap on my goggles disintegrated. This contamination is obviously related to
petroleum byproducts from their converting coal to gas at the former plant in this town. As I
wrote in Persian Gulf War Delusions.." Id=36001, the Gulf Syndrome was probably
petroleum poisoning from the burning oil wells. Petroleum is probably the most toxic
substance there is. It affects every portion of the body and probably causes innumerable
ailments. When I swam in a pool with paint thinner or turpentine in it in DC, I found that
queasiness is one of the first signs of petroleum poisoning followed by a host of other
symptoms. Immediate vigorous exercise along with copious water and lemon juice seem to
be the only solution to ridding the body of this stuff. The longer it stays in the body, the more
damage it does. Although the lawless ones seem intent on contending that all chemicals
are a delusion, petroleum contamination such is this is something that can't be brushed off,
it will be here until it is neutralized or removed.

This is one of the most inane developments that I have ever encountered, for it has been
going on for so long. This toxic water probably contaminated the water supply to an extreme
until they built the canal to contain it in the stagnant canal. Many residents have probably
died from illnesses arising from breathing the fumes or drinking the water. Can you imagine
something being here for that long and having NYSEG acting like they just discovered it
yesterday? I pray that more people don't have to die before this matter is addressed. They
should drain that pool and fill it by truck if necessary. Is this a brainstorm brought to us a la
"Morons America Style" Id=46750? Only in America could such foolishness prevail for so

"Coal-Gassification Coverup: Let Them Drink "Blood"!"
(english) Sunday 24 Jun 2001
author: Robert Meade "Bobby" "Israel" Deaf Messenger (notavailable )

This article is an elaboration on the coal-gas issue that I addressed in
two articles this week. It is now clear that this gas produced from coal
was used to light cities worldwide for more than a hundred years, and
the by-products have contaminated the earth wherever it was used.

web link

My Daddy said that the "Let Them Drink "Blood"!" article posted yesterday on Melbourne
IMC is something that the whole world needs to see; thus I bring you a report that will make
you understand just how far the powers-that-be will go to cover up what they have wrought
and how they will use it to target unsuspecting individuals. In light of all that I have
discovered, I wouldn't be surprised if this coal-gassification issue is not represented by the
great mountain burning with fire that is casted into the sea to turn it to blood in Revelations
8:8. Although there is ample information on coal liquefaction, there is very little on coal
gassification. In 1784 a Flemish chemist distilled gas from coal by a process that is
probably now known as destructive distillation. In 1798 Philippe Lebon patented this
process of making gas from coal, and in 1817 it was first used in this country to light the
streets of Baltimore. This was a very wasteful practice, for the street lights were usually left
on continuously since there was no way to shut them off. This gas was used to light homes,
starting around 1865-1875, and it continued until natural gas became available in 1940.

As I made clear in "Chemical Modus Operandi Continued" Id=47525, the petroleum
byproducts of this process were apparently dumped into the ground and are continuously
contaminating water supplies and air wherever they were dumped. This problem was made
more severe this year by drought conditions in the spring that apparently increased the
amount of contaminants leaching into the groundwater. This town's practice of damming off
a canal and placing a boatyard on it seems to be repeated everywhere that this problem
exists, for I remember the waters of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, which is surrounded by an
industrial area, being continually fouled by petroleum. The game plan of the people covering
this up seems to be to locate industries in these contaminated areas and blame those
industries for the contamination.

The situation which I mentioned, concerning contaminated water in the swimming pool has
changed in that the water now tastes salty. I question whether this is part of the cover-up or
a solution. Petroleum is composed of thousands of different chemicals that can affect the
body adversely in every way that you can imagine. These contaminants are probably some
of the heavy hydrocarbons of coal and/or petroleum, and they can be removed and/or
neutralized. Although I know that salt combines with them, I question whether or not it
neutralizes them. I suspect that the best solution is to remove them and burn them; that is a
definite way to neutralize them. The fish coming from these contaminated waters also seem
to be part of the game plan of the lawless ones with them encouraging fishing and/or giving
fish away, saying that they don't like fish. I question whether these fish are dead or dying
when they catch them too! Since practically all municipal areas and their waters are
contaminated as a result of the coal-gassification era, many health problems can probably
easily be traced to the presence of these byproducts in the water, the basements, or the air.
Since this is part of the "..Folly Plain to Everyone" Id=48513, maybe the lawless ones will
find at the "Love Festivals of Hooterville" Id=29190 that God has given them "blood" to
drink (Rev. 16:6) along with some fresh caught fish of course. Feel like going fishing?
