TERRIBLE legislation was introduced into Congress on June 12 in order to give President Bush FAST TRACK authority (aka "trade promotion authority") to enable him to bypass a full democratic debate and rush through FTAA (Free Trade Area of the Americas) and other free trade agreements that affect our basic rights with a straignt up or down vote.
