I had my civil rights violated several years ago which is common in riverside county. I accepted a plea bargain in order to avoid jail time. The prosecutor, officer and witnesses got together and lied. The judge made it evident he was on the side of the prosecutor. Having never been arrested before (I was 45 years old at the time) I thought that I was entitled to due process. I now know that the american justice system is a sham and a lie.
