i hate guns but i certainly don't want the cops to be the only ones with guns...

using our brains is obviously not preventing the police violence...

Never mind the guns, peepils. Thats just what the FBI counter-insurgency specialists would like to see. Wounded Knee, Waco, Ruby Ridge...They love it.

They'll be out there in LA, probably trying to incite violence, much like firefighters will start a fire to stop the spread of a bigger fire.

Don't give them what they really want, which is to crush this movement.

I feel the mad frustration, particularly sitting here one thousand miles away watching CSAN whitewash shamelessly (much props to indymedia!). But we are still in midst of a battle in the midst of a war in which we must win solidarity from many hundreds of thosands in this nation who have been effectively brainwashed by mainstream mediums. If we pop off to soon - which may, god forbid, someday be necessary - we will likely alienate massive potential allies. People are still overwhelmingly watching NBC and NBC will pay attention to violence as violence, NOT righteous rage. Revolution with tact.
