More evidence that the police are people who think. Instead of treating the police as the enemy... make the legit police your allies. Some can't be helped but many can be made to think and feel and be humans rather than weapons. Be nice to them.. don't allow them to see you as the enemy. Take the time to offer your friendship and kindness to every officer you come across. If they see you as a kind, peacefull, helpfull person.. they can not see you as an 'it.'
I once heard a prominent 60's protester say that their biggest mistake was making police the enemy.
think about it!
Transform Mumia into a Mummy!
You talk of times of peace for all, and then prepare for war...
Dont try to guess what he was thinking.. for all we know he was just worn out. Just becaue someone has a somber look on their face doesnt make them a nicey-nice person! sheesh

Police are people, and working to convince pigs to quit their jobs and stop being pigs is something for everyone to consider and possibly work on. (The same goes for soldiers and anyone in the military.) A couple friends of mine spoke to pigs in Philly who were almost convinced by the brutality they saw their fellows doing to protesters there to quit being tools.
On the other hand, after spending the last couple of weeks in Philly worried sick about my friends (some of whom are still in jail, and still gettingly increased fucked with by the pigs physically and legally) and unable to do anyhting to help them cuz they are being held by a bunch of motherfucking black and blue clad urban terrorists who call themselves "law enforcement" and who cluster together and do their torture and make their nefarious plans behind thick walls with razor wire and loads of guns --- well after all that I get a great deal of joy out of the good old protest chant:
"No justice, no peace, 'til every cop's deceased!"
