What of the thousands of others who will be there not to destroy property but to participate in democratic politics? (And yes, the right to assemble is very much central to democracy - politics isn't just for the politicans, you know...) If someone destroys property, arrest them, sure - just don't start trampling on the rights of others to express themselves in order to deal with an overenthusiastic few.
